Shipping policy

Delivery Update Information: 

We expect parcels will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. You will be contacted should there be any significant delay. 

We cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe so please order early and after checking any updates.

New Zealand Shipping & Delivery: 

Dispatch: Please note that business days are classed as Monday-Friday and exclude statutory holidays. We endeavour to dispatch orders received before midday (New Zealand time), on any business day that day. However, this may not happen for a variety of reasons and  you should allow 2-3 business days for an order to be dispatched.  We will communicate with you should the dispatch date be longer than three business days from your order date.

Delivery: The delivery times noted below are the indicative timings advised by our postal partner. Orders are packed and dispatched from Christchurch. CTL cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made during this timeframe. Delivery times will be impacted by statutory holidays in New Zealand and also in the destination country for international orders.

 

New Zealand: 

Orders of $60 or over are eligible for Free Shipping.

Following dispatch, Delivery Target of 3-5 working days for the South Island, 4-7 days for the North Island.

Following dispatch, delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer.

 

International Shipping: 

Munchtime is currently shipping to Australia only. 

Following dispatch, Delivery target of 5-10 working days for New South Wales, Victoria, Australia Capital Territory and South Australia.

Following dispatch, Delivery target of 10-20 working days for Northern Territory and Queensland.

 

Tracking your Order: 

We will send you a dispatch email once we have processed your order which will include the track and trace number. This will give you full visibility of your order’s progress.
