What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a convenient service that lets you shop online and pick up your order at your chosen store at a time that suits you, depending on stock availability. No waiting for delivery, no extra shipping costs!

How does Click & Collect work?

1. Shop online: Add your items to your basket and head to checkout.

2. Choose 'Pick up': Select your preferred store from the list of available locations - this is dependant on stock availability at your desired location.

3. Wait for confirmation: We’ll send you an email notification when your order is available to collect.

4. Collect your order: Bring your confirmation email with you to collect your items in-store.

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Orders are usually ready for collection within 24 business hours, depending on stock availability and store opening days/hours. Please check your desired store's opening hours before confirming your purchase. You’ll receive a notification once it’s ready.

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold your order for a total of 10 days from the time you receive your “Ready for Collection” notification. After this period, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
