WHEN WILL MY LOADED COOKIES ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Loaded Cookies are freshly made and dispatched Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Orders received before 7am on a dispatch day will be processed for dispatch that day.

Orders placed after the 7am cut-off will be dispatched on the next available dispatch day.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Loaded Cookies are shipped using a perishable delivery service. We advise allowing 1–2 days for delivery, plus additional time for dispatch and delivery to rural addresses.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER LOADED COOKIES & PACKAGED GOODS TOGETHER?

Because Loaded Cookies and our packaged goods are dispatched from different locations, your order will be split into separate fulfillments.

This means any packaged goods and Loaded Cookies may arrive separately.

HOW FRESH ARE THE LOADED COOKIES?

Our Loaded Cookies are made fresh and packed for delivery. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying them within 5 days of the packed date. 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY LOADED COOKIES?

For the best taste and texture, follow the storage instructions provided with your order. If you’re not eating them straight away, keep them stored as directed.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

As Loaded Cookies are freshly made to order, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations once your order has entered processing.

If you need to make a change, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

DO YOU SHIP LOADED COOKIES OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND?

Loaded Cookies are currently only available for delivery to New Zealand addresses.
