WIN a Full Refund Terms and Conditions

The ‘WIN a Full Refund’ promotion is run by Cookie Time Limited (CTL), the operator of munchtime.co.nz. The promotion runs from 9:00am Wednesday 25th March 2026 until 12:00pm Thursday 26th November 2026. 

To enter, customers must complete an order on munchtime.co.nz that includes at least ONE Milk Chocolate Cookie Crumb Egg between 9:00am Wednesday 25th November 2026 and 12:00pm Thursday 26th March 2026. 1x entry per qualifying order. ONE order per 80 qualifying orders will be chosen and contacted directly. If chosen, the value of your order and shipping will be refunded. 

The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be substituted. This giveaway is open to all people 18 years of age an over. 

By entering this promotion you agree that your details will be stored on the munchtime.co.nz database and you may receive email correspondence from time to time advising of special offers or other such correspondence as in accordance with munchtime.co.nz Terms and Conditions. You can unsubscribe from the database by using the link at the bottom on any such email.

Neither CTL nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion.

CTL / munchtime.co.nz reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the giveaway promotion and to modify these terms and conditions without notice. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
