Win Your Money Back Terms & Conditions

The ‘Win your money back’ promotion is run by Cookie Time Limited (CTL), the operator of munchtime.co.nz. The promotion runs from 4pm Friday 8th December 2023 until 11:59pm Sunday 10th December 2023.

To enter, customers must complete an order on munchtime.co.nz (excluding the Bulk Buys (Corporate) category) that includes ONE or more ‘2L Christmas Cookies Bucket’ (2L Chocolate Chip Christmas Cookies Bucket, 2L Salted Caramel Christmas Cookies Bucket, 2L Chocalicious Christmas Cookies Bucket, 2L Cranberry White Chocolate Christmas Cookies Bucket, 2L Apricot Chocolate Christmas Cookies Bucket and/or 2L Strawberries & Cream Christmas Cookies Bucket) between 2pm Friday 8th December 2023 and 11:59pm Sunday 10 December 2023. Orders are only eligible for entry if they are being delivered within New Zealand.

All orders meeting this requirement will be entered into the promotion. 

Corporate and fundraising orders, including any order from the ‘Bulk Buys (Corporate)’ category on munchtime.co.nz are excluded from the giveaway promotion.

The prize is to win the value of the purchase and shipping of an entrants order.

Five orders will be chosen at random as winners.

The winners will have the value of their order including shipping up to the value of $250 refunded into the account they paid from.

The prize is non-transferrable and cannot be substituted.

Winners will be notified by email or telephone on Tuesday 12th December 2023. Winners are required to respond via email within 48 hours, otherwise, an alternate winner may be drawn.

This giveaway is open to all people 18 years of age an over. Only orders being delivered within New Zealand are able to enter the giveaway promotion.

By entering this promotion you agree that your details will be stored on the munchtime.co.nz database and you may receive email correspondence from time to time advising of special offers or other such correspondence as in accordance with munchtime.co.nz Terms and Conditions. You can unsubscribe from the database by using the link at the bottom on any such email.

Neither CTL nor any other person or party associated with this promotion shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion.

CTL / munchtime.co.nz reserves the right to extend, postpone or cancel the giveaway promotion and to modify these terms and conditions without notice. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
